KEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a dynamic Design Manager to join a team of professionals in our rapidly expanding Design Review Services Division.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Architecture or Engineering degree;
- Having a Qatar Engineer Committee Acrediatation is an advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years exprience; Technical 15 yrs.; Design 10 yrs.; Management 15 yrs.
- Professional registration with a well recognized Architectural Society or equivalent professional body.
- Strong technical understanding and design leadership is essential in all aspects of design including production, construction techniques, procedures, codes and standards etc that relate to design.
- Strong team leadership with good soft-people skills essential in communicating directly with clients, consultants, agencies, local authorities, the design review team and other KEO staff.
- Strong time management and organizational skill is required to effectively manage multiple projects across multiple countries and ensure each design review is carried out within the required time constraints and meets the expected quality of output.
- Strong ability to coordinate effectively with all design reviewers in other disciplines is essential.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of local building codes in various countries, International Building Codes, LEED requirements and other similar sustainability standards amongst others.
