Design Manager - Hotels/Highrise/Leisure

Our client, an international consultancy, is looking for two Design Managers to join them on a permanent basis, working on hotels, highrise and leisure projects in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidates will be expected to establish, maintain and manage effect project design resource and team profile at bid and delivery stages.

Duties
- Manage and coordinate the overall design process through the RIBA design stages
- Ensure completion and compliance of design management departmental procedures
- Set up and agree design management regime with the design team
- Programme and manage all design reviews and coordination in meetings
- Monitor progress against programme, and report to the project team
- Liaise with client and contractor

Requirements

- Must be degree qualified,
- Preferred GCC experience
- Must have experience in hotels, highrise or leisure projects
- Must have NOC status (if working in Qatar)
