Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Strong Experience in Digital and Social Media
- Ensure revenue retention, new business development in Digital and Social Media
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of all Sales and Marketing collaterals for digital products
- Understand how to effectively integrate print and digital media into large advertising/marketing programs
- Coach and develop sales teams
- Work on specific high value customers based in Qatar
- Accountable for the full scope of management of sales people including establishing and measuring sales goals, providing performance feedback
- Conduct periodic review and reports to effectively forecast results
- Hire new sales personnel to replace talent as needed, consistent with company hiring requirements
- Complete periodic performance reviews and implements Digital Media Professionals development initiatives to meet the talent requirements of the team
- Identify new revenue streams to generate sustainable growth, year on year
- Ensure all digital products results are achieved and maintain a high profile within the market
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers based on an understanding of their business and market dynamics
- Identify and maximize cross selling opportunities between brands
- Provide functional expertise, and best practices and recommendations regarding the execution of digital marketing campaigns. Apply expertise to demonstrate how digital communications can improve the reach and enhance effectiveness of customers
- Ensure digital communication projects/programs are executed within strict adherence to timelines.

Requirements

- Possesses the highest product and value proposition knowledge to develop their teams to high performance
- Consistent track record of performance and success
- Experience of online products, selling and keen understanding of online advertising
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Webtrends etc.)
- Experience in Google AdWord campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
