Director of Finance - 5* Hotel

Job description / Role

Quest Search & Selection is working with an International Hotel Chain (5* - luxury) seeking a Director of Finance to work in one of their stunning properties in Doha, Qatar.

We ideally are looking for candidates with experience as Finance Director within the 5* luxury hotels. This position is immediately available.

As the Director of Finance for the hotel, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Budgeting and forecast for all departments
• Sales analysis vs budgeted and working close with all departments in order to achieve the targets
• Managing AP, AR and purchasing teams
• Responsible for cost control and cash management within the property
• Overseeing internal and external audits
• P&L Management

Salary:
QAR 20,000 to 23,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Housing allowance, Family status

Requirements

Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Director of Finance)
• Minimum 2 years as Finance Director – luxury brands and busy operation
• GCC experience preferred, but not a must
• MBA in Finance
• Swift and efficient management style
• Fluent in English
• Due to visa availability we are looking for Indian nationals

The Benefits
Salary package offered is QAR 20,000 - 23,000, housing & transportation, yearly tickets (family status).
