Draftsman - Interior Fit-out

• Provide full detailing of Interior Fit-out such as power plans, electrical plans, ceiling plans, lightning plans, furniture plans, sections and elevations with false ceiling drops and hidden lightning
• Provide layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD in accordance with timeline, quality assurance standards and project specifications
• Modify drawings upon Client requirements and update drawings as per site conditions
• Detailed shop drawing as per site conditions and as per BOQ for joinery & interior Fit-out
• Prepare free-hand section details for site staff

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Design firm
• Technical Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized and accredited Institution
• Expert in shop drawings for Fit-out and Joinery
• Hands-on AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop etc.
