Environmental Engineer - Qatar - Large-scale Highway Project

This excellent opportunity is for an Environmental Engineer to join a leading contracting company operating in Qatar, aiming to shape the way people move around the country. My client specialise in the project management, construction, design-build and execution for highways, road works and infrastructure projects.
Our client are looking for an Environmental Engineer to come on board a high priority, large-scale highway project already underway in Qatar. The successful candidate will have a number of responsibilities on site and will be carrying out some of the below duties.
DUTIES:
- Based on site
- Dealing with environmental issues and site works
- Liaising with the Joint Venture company
- Implementing environmental plans
- Review of environmental plans and site works
Requirements
- 8 – 12 years of experience in Environmental role
- BSc Degree in Environmental Engineering or similar
- Experience of working on large scale highway projects
- Previous experience of working for a contractor
- Previous GCC experience – 3+ years
- Someone who is based in Qatar with NOC would be beneficial, but not essential
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
18,000 QAR + Car + Family Medical + Family Flights
