Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading investment bank that has operations across the GCC. Our client is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to be based in Qatar.
Your primary responsibility will be to maximise the productivity of the Senior Executive’s time through astute control of access. You will establish and maintain excellent working relationships with management whilst interacting with other direct reports in a mature and professional manner.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have executive level business support experience and professional competence coupled with an aptitude for grasping complex issues quickly and identifying fast resolutions. You should be proficient in MS Office and able to produce highly accomplished correspondence and presentations.
In addition, you should demonstrate a successful track record of business administration and acumen, ideally with international exposure together with the ability to work in partnership with Senior Management. You should also be creative, resourceful, independent as well as flexible in your working hours to meet the requirements of the role. Our client has stated a preference for a native English speaker.
