Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant - Qatar - up to £ 46,000 pa. Tax Free

The organisation recruiting for this position is based in Qatar and provides world class project management and engineering construction consultancy service to the gulf region.

They are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join their office in Doha. The job will involve organising all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office of the CEO by managing the correspondence, applications and communications initiated from and/or received at the CEO office. The role also encompasses managing the administrative resources of the office as well as maintaining and reporting of relevant information and data. This role provides first hand support to CEO and acts as a first point of contact of the office.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must hold a Business Administration Degree

- Ability to type 50-60 wpm in both English and ideally Arabic.
- Acceptable level of computer literacy
- Acceptable level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power point as minimum.
- Proven ability to record minutes of meetings.

In addition to the above you will also need at least 5 years' experience in a relevant environment preferably and Engineering/PM firm.
