Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Personal assistant / Executive Secretary to Chairman and CEO of Al Ahmadani Medical Centre / Business Woman and Board Mmember of Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Organization of home office
- Organization of head office management
- Organization of personal and professional accounts, budgeting and financials documentation
- House management affaires
- E systems, including data management and filing; document control (proficient in Microsoft word, excel, power point, outlook)
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the chairman to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments (management of social and professional calendar)
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the chairman
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Organizing and attending meetings, taking minutes and ensuring the chairman is well prepared for meetings
- Liaising with business partners, clients, suppliers and other staff (To be a point of reference for other employees in the office)

Requirements

- Language Fluency: English
- Current Location: Qatar
- Gender Preference: Female
- Age Range: Not older than 42 years of age, must be active with not much personal responsibilities that she can truly dedicate and apply herself to the role and cater to the needs to the chairman.

It is preferred that candidate can transfer sponsorship to al ahmadani medical centre

It is also preferred for candidate to have a valid Qatari driving license, if so a car can be provided to cater to chairmans' needs
