Employment: Full Time

Qatcom is one of Qatar’s most popular websites and the biggest Yellow Business Pages in Qatar. Managed by British Directors, we are looking for highly motivated intelligent individuals to join our sales team.

We are currently looking for: Experienced Direct Sales Executives

We have an entrepreneurial commission plan that rewards high performers. We provide a fabulous sales training program.

- Attend the office for group sales meetings / evaluation / administration time.
- Seek out new prospects by networking and gaining referrals from existing prospects and clients.
- Actively prospect new clients through evaluation and analysis of local companies.
- Secure appointments with key decision makers
- Evaluate and research prospects fully prior to the meeting. KNOW YOUR CLIENT.
- Professionally execute the Qatcom Sales Track and interview prospective clients to obtain data about their circumstances and needs of their company, and discuss any existing advertising campaigns.
- Explain features, advantages and advantages of www.qatcom.com to promote sale of premium listings.
- Calculate advertising rates and establish payment methods.
- Close a high ratio of prospects and sell online advertising on www.qatcom.com
- Promptly turn in all new applications to the Sales Manager and report sales figures.
- Ensure that client requirements are fulfilled, including the completion of appropriate forms.
- Plan and oversee publication of the clients adverts.
- Create and maintain long term profitable relationships
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as maintaining records / CRM etc.
- Inform the Sales Manager of any problems concerning Company Customers.
- Maintain contact with the Company via telephone, e-mail or other agreed upon means of communication.
- Devote all of your time, attention, knowledge, and skill during working hours exclusively to the business and interests of the Company and to work exclusively for the Company during the duration of this employee agreement.
- Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
- Observe all company Policies and Procedures.
- Obey and comply with all lawful and reasonable instructions given by superiors, including duties not specifically mentioned buy which may be reasonably expected within the scope of work

Requirements

- You have previous experience as a SUCCESSFUL direct sales professional.
- You have the confidence to present to: Managers, Directors and CEO’s with the highest integrity.
- You MUST have transferable visa with NOC and must read, write and speak fluent English.

We offer a guaranteed basic salary and an excellent commission structure.
