Our client is a global network of sports channels with headquarters across the Middle East, France, Indonesia and the US is currently undergoing significant executive talent growth given its formation in 2012. The firm currently operates and provides services across the Middle East, North Africa, France, USA, Indonesia, Canada, Hong Kong and Thailand. The Executive Team are now looking to recruit an Executive Secretary for the Chairman’s Office to provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner for the Chairman's Office.

Reporting to the Director of the Chairman’s Office; this role is responsible for the following:
- Attend to all incoming calls from both local and international.
- Manage all internal correspondence with other departments and internal stakeholders.
- Research, compiles and prepares con?dential and sensitive documents and briefs the Office Manager regarding content.
- Establish and maintains various ?ling and records management system and ?le all correspondence.
- Coordinate on office management activities.
- Assist guests and attend to any arising issues.
- Plan and coordinate requested meetings for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining the Director of Chairman's diary, making appointments and arranging meetings with a variety of senior officers and organizations.
- Take and produce a list of administrative action as required by the Director of Chairman Office; correspond with other departments, local authorities, government bodies, outside agencies; gather information and carry out follow up action as appropriate.
- Recommends actions to be taken in office expenditures such as equipment and supply needs.
- Prepare and assist in the creation of the office budget and follow up implementation with departments reporting to the office.
- Work as PR officer to promote the office work internally and externally.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Management or related ?eld is preferable.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in general administration or related field.
- Experience in the MENA broadcasting / media sector is highly desirable.
- Candidates must be computer literacy in MS Office.
- Proven knowledge in events management and travel and protocol policies and procedures.
- Exceptional communication, attention to detail, be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bilingual language skills in English and Arabic are essential.
