Executive Secretary

Job description / Role

Executive Secretary - Qatar Airways - Doha

You will be responsible for the day-to-day functions while promoting high standards of corporate values through correspondence, telephone and personal contact. You will provide various administrative functions to support the efficient running of the office.

This role requires you to coordinate with various departments as ensuring that requests are carried out and activities are coordinated in a timely and prompt manner. You will independently gather, compile and coordinate information from multiple sources, assist in preparing reports, presentations and other documentary requirements, plan and organise meetings. You will maintain the highest standard of professional conduct of all times.

Requirements

We require you to have Bachelors degree with minimum two years of job related experience. Experience in both administrative support and customer service is a plus.

You must have excellent English language communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, have the ability to multi-task and can independently work with minimum supervision. You must have excellent MS Office skills.
