Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading law firm in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire a well-presented and professional bilingual (English / Arabic) Executive Secretary to join their team supporting Senior Partners.
Working alongside another Executive Secretary, you will deal directly with senior management assisting in diary and email organisation as well as travel arrangements. You will also be involved in the preparation of confidential legal documentation assisting in administration and coordination of case documentation. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly reports and billing.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience as an Executive Secretary. You should enjoy working in a team environment and possess a meticulous approach. It is essential you have excellent written English and Arabic skills at translation level. Strong administration, communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role.
