Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for exploiting opportunities to develop sales outside the UAE with a particular focus on the Kuwait, Bahrain & Qatar markets. Managing our current business and objectives with the distributors and drive the achievement of the sales targets related to these markets.

• Identify profitable business opportunities to extend the CBD brand franchise outside the UAE and gain commitment from the business to exploit these
• Manage and monitor in-market pricing and ensure that sales are only made in the nominated territory. Monitoring the process, analyzing the markets and the different needs in quality/pricing/quantity or size is very important, forecasting the potential generated sales along with reporting all market analysis to the line manager in a monthly basis
• Managing existing Distributors portfolio by achieving sales targets and managing the overall budget for the export and sales process administration
• Follow up on actions with distributor to ensure 100% customer satisfaction (Ensure that all sales orders are acknowledged within a reasonable response limit).
• Ensure the proper implementation for any new development tasks in introducing new products
• Managing the sales administration process from A-Z which starts from identifying the market, understanding the market requirements, coordinate internally with the different departments to confirm the ability to respond to such requirement, pricing , agree/negotiate and finalize the contract, agree on all the details in relation to the export and customs declaration
• Contribute to the training and development of the distributor sales force ensuring that the field sales team is equipped with the skills needed to achieve the agreed objectives.
• Ability to develop strong business relationships with all existed and potential distributors and traders.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Business Management

Minimum Experience:
• 8 years of sales management in FMCG out of which 3 -5 years should be in Export management
• Middle East experience (GCC focus) is mandatory

Functional Knowledge:
• Project Management skills
• Very Strong analytical thinking
• Sales Operation and 5Ps Execution
• Solid knowledge of products and services of the company
• Strong and successful experience in marketing/category developments
• Strong understanding of production and supply chain and logistic processes
• Strong understanding of financial measures incl. P&L and NWC management. ROI mind-set
