Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is leading multinational Facilities Management company, operating globally. They are currently seeking a F&B Manager to join their Qatar operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the whole restaurant operation, at a healthcare site in Doha.In addition, candidates should have experience in contract management, budget planning and an understanding of SLAs and KPIs. Candidates must have excellent written and spoken English and be able to communicate well, ensuring client and patient satisfaction by achieving a high quality of service, within budget whilst maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded individual to join a market leader within their field.

Requirements

- Minimum of Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management
- Previous experience managing several F&B outlets
- 5+ years of experience in Hospitality Industry
- Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations (H&S) and ISO standards
- Excellent Communication Skills
- The ability to produce detailed written reports
