Employment: Full Time

Facilities Manager - Soft Services - AFGRE - Doha Festival City

Supply Chain Management:
- Daily management of housekeeping service providers, consumables and equipment’s.
- Inventory management of Mall owned spares through facilities management
- Approve submitted reorder points by service providers for stocks
- Approve quality of materials and consumables supplied by service providers /contractor.
- Monitor and control the budget.
- Coordinate with Procurement for any soft services tenders
- Prepare RFP and RFQ for housekeeping purchases
- Attend tender opening session for soft service

Housekeeping:
- Manage and supervise everyday activities to include appropriate cleaning of the mall facilities
- Review Housekeeping yearly schedules submitted by service providers /contractors.
- Conduct Site inspections in relation to the cleaning team performance and flag out issues that require immediate actions.(Building Fabric Check)
- Monitor contractor’s attendance on site.
- Monitor SLA’s as per contractors contract
- Monitor Contractor and Service Provider attendance
- Monitor and approve completion of housekeeping equipment PPM
- Hold regular coordination meetings with service providers /contractors including building strong relationships with key retailer groups.
- Inspection of events and specialty leasing setups

Requirements

- Possess strong leadership good communication skills and Hands-on Experience in Soft Services – Housekeeping, Waste Management, and Recycling. Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience preferably in a large scale mall, hotel or tourism park, out of which at least 5 years in GCC in well reputed large Facilities Management Companies.

Job-Specific Skills:
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours or in shifts, if situation demands.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
- Must be well familiar with computer applications and capable of generating & presenting maintenance reports.
