Facility Coordinator

Job description / Role

• Oversee all activities of the sites
• Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repair or renovation and report to Client
• Restocking of cleaning and kitchen supplies by having inventories and what is out of stock request to assigned department. (admin support)
• Monitor activities that happen outside the building such as garbage disposal as per baladiya rules
• Hand-on on all the facilities services works (cleaning, hospitality, securities, drivers, gardener, maintenance)
• Be with the client always and give the best to have a client satisfaction
• Daily checking on all floors for follow ups of cleaning especially corridors.
• Monitor the contract of all sub-contractors and report to manager for renewals.
• To manage and coordinate the soft and hard services operational and administrative duties
• To deliver efficient and effective of facilities management services and to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Ensuring effective and efficient administrative procedures are maintained

Requirements

• Related Bachelor Degree
• Good Communication skills
• Preferably Arabic speaker
• Excellent organizational skills
• Work experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of facilities management operations
