Job description / Role
Female Concierge up to 2.6k Aed++ for a Leading Hospitality Group in Qatar
• Welcoming customers upon entrance and confirm reservations
• Acting as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information
• Understanding customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel
Requirements
• POSITION: Female Concierge
• SALARY: up to 2,600 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission, accommodation, transportation and duty meal
• HIRING COMPANY: Leading Hospitality Group
• WORK LOCATION: Doha, Qatar
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time / offers will be given urgently
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Arabic speaker
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Female, 35 years old and below
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant any field
• Proven experience as a Concierge for at least 1 year
• Candidates on their home country are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication skills
• Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
• Ability in multitasking and time-management
• Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
