Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading business in Qatar. Due to expansion, our client is looking to hire an Arabic speaking Finance and Administration Manager.
Reporting to the General Manager and managing a team of 15, you will take full responsibility for leading and supporting key areas within the business including finance, HR, administration and IT. You will have strong knowledge of producing financial statements and reports whilst performing complex financial and operational analysis. You will also produce monthly management accounting reports and forecasts.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA or CPA) with a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience. You should be an all-round individual with the ability to manage the financial aspects of the role. You should possess strong commercial and business acumen and have the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. It is crucial you have solid experience working alongside a GM or CEO on areas of finance, administration, HR and IT. Candidates already based in Qatar with an NOC will be given preference. Arabic would be highly advantageous.
