Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To be responsible for the oversight of administrative and financial systems including finance, accounting, information technology and human resources. To be involved in a range of strategic planning and internal initiatives.
- Present and analyze Fix Ratio.
- Provide direction and guidance to all staff and participate in the overall strategy, business plan development and looking outwardly at existing and proposed investment performance.
- Responsible for managing and directing all Finance and Administration activities for the Company.
- Knowledge in Corporate Finance.
- Looking over the full Finance department functions, in terms of day to day accounting, reporting & budgeting, Financial Statements Preparation / Consolidation and to Liaison with the auditors.
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
- Established goals, performance standards and objectives for self, ensuring that duties are being carried efficiently and professionally and in accordance with the Department Manual.
- Identify and evaluated risks associated with the Department’s processes, prepared audit programs and budgets and reported on the progress and findings to the Internal Audit Committee.
- Cash Management / Maintaining adequate access to liquidity, Improving working capital utilization, Financial Planning & Forecasting of Cash flow, Raising Debt / Debt Management and Developing & Maintaining financial provider relationship.
- Setting and Monitoring Policies & Procedures.
- Ensure that the Company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Train the Finance Unit and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of wage incentives, commissions, and salaries for the staff.
- Report financial results to the Managing Director.
- Report risk issues and Provide Projects Feasibility Studies.
- Developing and Monitoring Projects and Company’s Budget

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce.
- Masters/ Post Graduate degree Business Administration with specialization in Finance will be an added advantage.
- At least 15-20 years of overall professional experience; ideally 6+ years of broad financial and operations management experience.
- Previous experience in Qatar/ GCC is preferred.
- Bilingual is preferred.
