Finance Supervisor - Accounts Receivable

Finance Supervisor - Accounts Receivable - Qatar Airways - Doha

In this role you will be responsible for managing as well as mentoring accounts receivables of Qatar Airways network and make sure that it is in line with Qatar Airways policies and internal accounting procedures.

You will run Oracle AR Aging reports, customer accounts, GL reports, review them on Daily basis to ensure that invoices are created, receipts booked on daily and transactions are reconciled on daily basis. You must receive and check customer credit evaluation\credit review and calculate financial exposure to submit it for BFO review for the MOBF approval.

You will be responsible for checking as well as verifying customer accounts in depth, prepare and forward AR Aging reports to all stations\business unites. You will regularly raising invoices, credit notes, set off and report generation on Oracle AR, if required, to maintain neat and clean aging.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will hold a Bachelor's degree or Equivalent. An additional qualification such as MBA\CIMA\ICWA\CA\CPA\ACCA is an advantage. You will have a minimum of 3 years job-related experience in sales and settlement process of BSP/CASS\ICCS\ICH\GSA\NON IATA Agents.

You will need strong computer skills with knowledge of Oracle Financials. Moreover, you must be fluent with excellent command in English. Excellent communication & presentation skills are a must, as is the ability to work effectively across the organisation in a multi-cultural environment.
