Finance Supervisor - Credit Card Processing - Qatar Airways - Doha

Your role is to ensure that all Card transactions are dealt accurately as per company guideline of protecting the company revenue. You will not only set up stations with access to relevant websites/tools related to card sales, billing and payment, Testing for new payment solutions, supervise daily operations but, also resolve any issues or discrepancies of billing, payment, acquirer's fraud, dispute or chargeback notification without any losses to company.

Furthermore, you will handle chargeback as the focal point of contact between stations, credit card companies and designated banks, review all GL accounts under your responsibility, resolve outstanding balances issues in AR and GL, ensure PCI DSS compliance.

You are responsible to document/update Internal Accounting Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures related to your area of work. You will also establish the department objectives as well as, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high service standard is delivered.

Requirements

We require you to have a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience in airline, bank or credit card companies.

You need to have working knowledge in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point. You should have user level experience in any ERP system. You must have strong knowledge in complete interline billing process in passenger revenue accounting. You should have an excellent knowledge of Airline Business including understanding of Operational aspect and business flow.

Moreover, you must be fluent with excellent command in English.
