Job description / Role
- Build and develop complex, quantitative financial models for utility projects.
- Comprehend, interpret and analyze project documents, contracts, financial structures.
- Multiple project initiatives in a start up environment.
- Manage the entire commercial side of the utility design, build and operate contracts.
- Forecasting and fee projections and define other financial goals and measures to improve.
- Preparation of rolling budgets and updates.
- Working in conjunction with the project teams to develop proposals and provide analyses of the proposals.
- General Accounting.
- Ad hoc project work.
Requirements
Professional accountant or MBA with extensive experience in analyses of projects/utilities and management of commercial matters.
