Fit-out Project & Design Manager

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with an esteemed fit-out and interior design company based in the GCC. Our client is looking to hire a Fit-out Project & Design Manager to work on current and future projects as the business grows.

Reporting to the Director overseeing the Qatar operation, you will take prime responsibility for assigned projects. You will supervise ongoing works to completion whilst ensuring all project work is carried out as per specifications and drawings. You will also schedule tasks, monitor cost and quality as well as coordinate with end users for smooth integration. Being an integral part of the Design team, you will directly manage 4 Interior Designers.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be an experienced graduate in civil engineering or architecture with at least 4 years’ experience in similar positions. Experience of high end fit-out work on a range of project types including commercial, office, showroom, restaurant, hotel and residential is absolutely essential for this role.
