Fleet Controller

Job description / Role

- Ensure excellent communication from start to finish of each vehicle event (breakdown, general repair etc)
- Manage a number of vehicle events at any one time and within tight timescales
- Keep customer updated at all times and advise of all costs involved
- Liaise with internal departments regarding authorisation when required
- Liaise with external companies and deal with any issues that may arise
- Completion of reports when required
- Manage customer queries in an efficient and professional manner
- General administration duties

Requirements

- Strong people skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in a car rental company.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Currently working in GCC with GCC Driving License will be an advantage
