Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a FM Specialist – Property Services to supervise, monitor and control the operations and maintenance of estate / property services and security to sustain the company’s vision, culture, architectural language and operational aspirations in the region.

- Assist in the Implementation of policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Assist in identifying FM Property Services (e.g. cleaning, façade cleaning, pool and water services, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and security) needs and requirements for contract scoping.
- Undertake daily inspection of properties to ensure adherence to MP’s policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Oversee FM property services vendor operations and monitor performance against set SLAs.
- Assist in identifying FM property services needs and requirements for contract scoping.
- Input FM property services vendor performance summary into the VMS and other facility management systems on a weekly/ monthly basis.
- Compile and aggregate FM property services vendor performance reports and communicate them to FM Management.
- Handle FM property services complaints/ requests from tenants and ensure closing of all internal and common area tickets.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve tenant requests or complaints.
- Ensure the maintenance of units by the FM service providers as per contract (if required).
- Liaise with FM Management (Central) for technical input or advice when required.
- Escalate major issues to FM Management (Central).
- Ensure the implementation of approved sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure correct application of HSE standards in properties.
- Manage the guarantees of contractors in regards to defects.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance performance and quality of work with a view of stakeholders’ expectations.
- Follow all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Facility Management or similar discipline is preferred
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Facility Management
- Experience in Housekeeping and / or Security, strong practical knowledge of facility operations and tenant services and administration, and deep exposure to the region
