Food and Beverage Attendant - Qatar Airways - Doha

Your main responsibility includes the food and beverage services of all premium passengers in all parts of the HIA lounges. Ensuring customer satisfaction, being a team player with a positive outlook and a keen eye for details is a must.

You will have well developed social skills, to be able to handle all type of people and situation and to have high level of versatility and flexibility to meet the many varies needs and expectations of customers.

Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years Food and Beverage Service experience with 5star hotel/Lounges
- You should be well trained with Food and Beverage Service techniques through reputed hotels/restaurants
- A hospitality and/or food and beverage certificate/diploma/degree will be an added advantage.

Training Knowledge:
- You should possess a good understanding of 5 star food and beverage service.
- You must have an understanding of beverage service including service of wines, champagnes, cocktails and other beverages
- You should have an understanding of restaurant service, taking food orders, explaining menus and culinary offer.
- You will be required to understand and demonstrate at all times the importance of upholding the highest personal and professional standard and to have positive and passionate attitude towards the Qatar Airways customers and Qatar Airways.
- You will be required to anticipate the needs and to note and record all special request, like and dislikes of all passengers and to ensure they are carried through.
- You will also report problems arising and potential situation that may lead and employees to senior management.
