What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager / Executive Chef, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Strong business communication skills.
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage / Kitchen environment.
- Must be highly Health & Safety conscience and actively involved in maintaining a safe work environment.
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
- Responsible for collecting, compiling, tracing, answering and follow up of all in/out internal and external correspondence.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage / Kitchen environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests.
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion.
- Competency using a variety of computer softwares.
