Employment: Full Time

Due to an unprecedented demand by existing clients we are seeking key personnel to join our claims advisory services team:

Role: Forensic Planning Specialist

Key skills & attributes;
- Demonstrable experience of identifying and assessing delay
- Ability to work without supervision or equally as a key member of a team whilst fact finding and carrying out detailed analysis
- In depth understanding of the various principles of delay analysis and the ability to transfer this knowledge in a written format or in a client facing situation
- Ability to draft and deliver written construction delay analysis reports including drafting of defence claims, rebuttals, extension of time, prolongation claims and acceleration claims.
- Excellent data management skills
- Experience in project planning and project controls
- Detailed knowledge of the various delay analysis methodologies, (the benefits and disadvantages of the differing methods application)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Perform critical path analysis of complex schedules
- Demonstrable expert knowledge of planning software including Primavera P3, P6 and Microsoft Office
- Contractually aware, astute and creative
- Working knowledge of FIDIC derived contracts
- Able to manage claim commissions within strict time frames

Requirements

Professional Status: MCIARB, MRICS, MICE, MCIOB or equivalent

Qualification: Relevant construction degree

Experience: 10 years major construction experience within Infrastructure, heavy civils or commercial & industrial sectors and 5 years demonstrable claims experience
