Formworks and Scaffolding Operation Manager

- 15 years of experience in construction industry with Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering or similar.
- Knowledgeable in construction stages, technical coordination, project costing & budgeting and progress reporting skills.
- Planning of manpower and materials.
- Knowledgeable in logistics strategies, procurement budget and cost control.
- Ensure compliance to the project quality plans and contracts specification and ensure the compliance to HSE management procedure.
- Arrange and review initial training and periodic supervision for the project staff associated with the formworks system for a systematic work in progress.
- Provide guidance and training for every respective system that will be used per project before year ends.
- Reviews appropriate and required training for sites responsible for assembly and dis-assembly of formwork and scaffolding.
- Coordinates with system formwork suppliers for project utilization and upgrading advance techniques in the system.
- Ensures 100% study of formwork and scaffolding requests and provide right solution for the requirement.
- Ensures to establish 100% feasibility analysis on the available system and planned schedule of usage for the system.
- Ensure to consider available materials of formwork and scaffolding as acquired by the company.
- Ensures that all guidelines from project requirements are met during and in between project progress.
- Ensures 100% coordination of system formwork suppliers in providing proper planning of current materials to be used in new projects.
- Assist Project Director for the quoting tender by using modern system formwork for gaining competitive advantages in tendering, in regards to organizational budget.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or similar
- Minimum of 2 years experience as FSD Operation Manager in a construction company main contractor. Min.of 5 years GCC experience.

Other certifications obtained:
- PMP, LEED, NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA

Specialist knowledge:
- AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera,

Language Fluency:
- English and Arabic
