Freighter Route Management Officer - Qatar Airways - Doha

In this role the Freighter Route Management Officer is responsible for managing freighter schedule planning by coordinating between Charter, RSO and Revenue Management to give feedback to Commercial to action Freight Implementation.

You have to steer the freighter capacity to achieve optimal results: full loads, high yields, and good on-time performance. You will ensure to link with Freighter Schedule planning to highlight schedule bottlenecks as per operation. You will also, manage feedback for Commercial decisions taken for implementation by linking with OCC and coordinating with Revenue Management, RSO on holidays forecast and look for alternates.

You will establish the department or team objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives while evaluating the team plans, objectives, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed.

Requirements

Must be a University graduate, preferably in Mathematics and Analytical Studies. Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience required, of which 4 years in Airline Industry.

You must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
