Job description / Role
Charterhouse are exclusively partnering with a leading non-profit organisation based in Qatar, who are looking to hire a new Group Accounting Analyst.
Due to the implementation of new systems, processes and structures, a Group Accounting Analyst is required to assist the accounting and finance team. Focusing on overseeing best company practice across the business, this role will be heavily weighted towards ensuring that policies and procedures are rolled out effectively, as well as assisting colleagues when any queries arise regarding these. There is also an analytical/reporting element to this position, monitoring performance and reports of investors, stakeholders and staff across the organisation.
Requirements
The successful candidate should ideally come from a financial analysis background and have the ability to confidently business partner with senior level stakeholders. Experience of reporting on investments and performance is essential as well as information gathering to make required changes to policies and procedures. Fluency in Arabic is essential as well as being a Qualified Chartered Accountant.
