Guest Service Agent - Qatar Duty Free - Doha

As a Guest Service Agent you are responsible for providing QDF stakeholders with information about the Duty Free Shop, greet customers and answering questions, providing any necessary services to ensure a customer's satisfaction, either face to face or via telephone inquiry.

Tasked with ensuring that all stakeholders receive a high standard of customer service from the information desk and are satisfied with the service they receive.

You will be responsible in providing QDF stakeholders with accurate and helpful information including but not limited to products offered, ongoing promotional sales for some products, purchase of item, raffle draw inquiries and other queries about QDF and the shop as a whole.

Ensure you provide high quality customer service to all QDF stakeholders at all times and develop strong working relationships with other departments and employees at the shop and the airport as a whole. You will support the development of procedures from information desk including manuals and policies.

Requirements

You will have a High school qualifications (e.g. O level, Year10) preferably Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent. With good standard of written and spoken English language skills, excellent telephone manner. You will demonstrate a focus on customer service satisfaction and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
