Employment: Full Time

Guest Services Supervisor - Qatar Duty Free - Doha

You will be responsible to ensure management of security flow through the shop floor and compliance to laid down standards and procedures. You will support sales team to ensure their business runs effectively. Pays particular attention to the customer needs, returns, concerns and ensures that they are all provided with necessary assistance. Provides clear and constant feedback to the Duty Managers in the event of any opportunities or concerns. Manages any employee related problems on a shift basis and reports same to the DMs as appropriate.

You will guide and direct the Customer Service Agents and help assess their skills and monitor their performance reporting back the Assistant Operations Manager. Maintains a high level of Supervisory visibility on a shift basis. Performs routine safely inspection and constantly maintains safety standards throughout the Retail Operations.

Requirements

You will have a High School qualification with minimum 5 years of job-related experience required. Prior experience in retail would be an asset. You must be computer literate, with experience in people management, track record of team leadership and proven customer service skills. Preferably fluent in English and Arabic.

You have the ability to work in a high pressure environment. It is essential that you have knowledge of operational process, systems and procedures, trainings requirements. Must have a high degree as a supportive member of a team in a cross-cultural environment.
