Guest Services Team Leader - Qatar Duty Free - Doha

You will support GSAs in managing flow of passengers into QDF retail locations at the same time supporting the sales team to ensure their business runs effectively. You will manage the web/mobile sales inventory and coordinates the delivery of promotional materials. Conduct shift briefings of GSAs as well as communicating key operational messages, including commercial offers. Maintains high level of awareness of any customer issues that may arise regarding prices, out of stocks or staff complaints - brings to the attention of the DMs and Guest Service Officer.

You will supervise GSAs to ensure they continuously provide 5 star services to all passengers. You will motivate GSA team by shadowing on shop floor as well as leading by example during peak hours when it comes to passenger interaction and other duties and responsibilities as requested by Management

Requirements

You will have a Trade of Vocational qualification with minimum 3 years of job-related experience required. Prior experience in retail would be an asset. You must be computer literate, with experience in people management, track record of team leadership and proven customer service skills. Preferably fluent in English and Arabic.

You have the ability to work in a high pressure environment. It is essential that you have knowledge of operational process, systems and procedures, trainings requirements. Requires in depth knowledge of operational working practices and the day to day running of a retail company. Must have a high degree of self-motivation and flexible.
