Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client are seeking a strong C&B specialist to Head up the department. You will be responsible for the implementation and management of total reward and compensation strategy, policies and structures. You will provide guidance and support to the HR function to ensure delivery of HR and business objectives.

Requirements

To be suitable for this role you will need at least 10 years experience within Compensation and Benefits/Rewards/OD in the Oil & Gas Industry (NOC'S or IOC'S)

- Educated to degree level.
- Knowledge of GRP System is a must.
