Head of Financing Support

Job description / Role

- Supervises Corporate and Project Financing function conducting bank and capital markets financing activities for the Company, Subsidiaries and joint-ventures.
- Oversees Financing Analyst in handling Rating Agency matters as well as report preparation and submission to the Rating Agencies.
- Supervises Financing Support function in preparing variance analysis of financing cash flow model against actual data, dividend yield benchmarking, etc.
- Oversees the preparation of report/analysis on ad-hoc basis as requested by Treasury Director, other departments, subsidiaries, or joint-ventures

Requirements

- Master’s Degree in Finance or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from a well reputed school is Preferred.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) credential or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in Accounting/ Finance
- Ability to lead and coach a technically savvy and sophisticated team involved in complex financial analysis and review of financing documents, translating the information into numbers, concrete financial actions and results.
- Knowledge of project and corporate financings
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative to research and process information.
- Understanding of loan and financing compliance models to produce covenant reports.
- Economic Analysis and Financial Modelling skills involving EBIDTA, DCF, NPV, IRR, CFADS, DSCR, Capital Asset Pricing Model, WACC, etc.
- Computer proficiency involving advance-level use of Macros, Financial functions (PPMT, XIRR,XNPV, etc), Statistical functions (Correlation, Regression Analysis for Beta Computation of stocks, etc), Logical functions (Nested IF, OR, AND, etc), Database lookup functions (Vlookup, Hlookup, Match, Index) in spread sheets (Excel)
- Problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS-Visio, Powerpoint, MS-Project, is preferable.
