Head of HR Services

Job description / Role

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

•The Head of HR Services manages the day-to-day operations of the HR department,

•Manages the administration of the HR policies, procedures and programs.

•Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:

- Recruiting and staffing.
- Performance management and improvement systems.
- Organization development.
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting.
- Employee orientation, development, and training.
- Policy development and documentation.
- Employee relations.
- Company employee communication.
- Compensation and benefits administration.
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
- Employee services and counseling.

•The Head of HR Services originates and leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

•Provides professional advice and guidance to all HR personnel with respect to use of the SAP HR module.

•The Head of HR Services coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff.

Educational Requirements Requirements/Qualifications:

•Education: Bachelor Degree in HR or related field. Masters degree is a plus.

•Experience as an HR generalist with a strong background in the core HR functions.
