Job description / Role

We are representing a schooling Group in Doha, Qatar, that has 3 schools in the city of Doha, with each campus teaching over 2000 students.

Currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Head of Department for their ICT department, who can join the team in August for next academic year 2024/25. The schools teach the British National Curriculum and are offering engaging lessons for students, who are from across the globe. Seeking a Middle Leader who can ensure a high level of teaching and learning across the department, whilst ensuring a high level of communication to students, staff, parents and the wider community. Seeking a Head of Department who is professional and adaptable, able to work well with others and adapt well to new cultures and customs.

The successful Leader will be part of a successful team of staff who are mainly from the UK, Ireland or South Africa, as well as other staff of different nationalities, all working towards the ongoing success of the school.

• Salary - 13,000QAR - 15,000 Per month - Tax Free!

Salary:
QAR 13,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Ideal candidate must have:

• Degree in Education or PGCE with a degree in a relevant subject to what they would teach
• A passion for teaching and learning
• Adaptable, able to embrace change and be a problem solver
• Enthusiastic and willing to go above and beyond when needed.
