Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Leading the Operations Joint Interests team with the objective to protect QG Ventures interests and to ensure alignment on business decisions within Qatargas and with the other Common Facilities Owners.

Major challenges will come from: Complex Qatargas business configuration, 7 LNG Trains on one hand and around 8 Common Facilities on the other hand. Multiple Common Facilities Owners with different agendas and priorities. Various agreements (JFA, PMSA, Power and Utilities sharing agreements, crossing agreements, etc.) Credible and ability to build strong network across Qatargas and with Common Facilities Owners representatives.

Ability to deliver high quality work suitable for executive management (ManCom and TechCom presentations, WPB booklet, etc.). Short deadlines and high pressure to deliver on occasions requiring multitasking abilities.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Applied Science or Business, Accounting or Economics.
- High degree of analytical and constructive thinking.
- Good standard of written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of computer literacy: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills; Able to manage own team and external parties relationships.
- 12 years experience in Business Development, Project Management, Commercial Negotiations, Joint Venture Management in the oil and gas industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a technically complex and multi-ventures environment.
- Demonstrated influencing skills. Leadership and mentoring skills.
