Job description / Role

Client is a leading main contractor operating within the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Infrastructure sectors in Qatar. They are looking for the Head of Projects for their Oil and Gas Division.

The successful candidate will direct project activities from early project conception through planning, design, construction, start-up, commissioning, transfer to operations staff, and close-out. Typical duties will include: project development, execution and completion, full fiscal and technical project responsibility in compliance with regulations and within established standards and other project management parameters.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Engineer with a total 15-20 Years of Experience in Oil and Gas Projects and a minimum of 10 Years of experience in oil and gas multidisciplinary EPIC projects as a Project Manager in the GCC region. Your experience will include oil and gas pipelines, midstream transmission, custody transfer, pump stations, compression stations, and storage facilities.
