Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

JOB OBJECTIVE
Feed the Group with relevant market information in order to define the effective path to act as a strategic partner and support growth in the country. The objective is to better position THALES offering and influence BLs product policy. Ensure that the proposals made in the country take into account a customer centric approach and deliver a value proposition. Feed the local KAM with relevant data to help them entertain strategic level discussions with their accounts, gaining insight on potential challenges where Thales could support them.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy
• Gathers and analyses information about markets, customers and competition, analyze, recommend and distribute. Assess the local ecosystem and screen companies to either support solution differentiation and/or support stronger positioning of Thales in the country.
• Work with the Country Director in order to put in place the Country Strategic Plan, assign actions and follow up

Marketing
• Makes use of business intelligence data on a market segment or geographical organization.
• Supports promotion action to KAMs and sales forces during the upstream opportunity phase, up to the designation of a capture leader;
• Understands customer mission, operational environment and priorities, broadens their understanding of Thales solutions in connection with their missions, and provides customer/market information to the marketing function;
• Influences customers in expressing their needs and operational concepts;
• In conjunction with the KAMs and the sales force, contributes to defining the best solution (product/system/service) addressing customer needs during the upstream opportunity phase. Facilitate the value proposition pitch development.
• Support the marketing, business development and commercial teams for the promotion and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Experience of delivering continuous improvement initiatives
• Very open and teamwork oriented

QUALIFICATION
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration from a reputed university
• Experience with preferably a successful experience in a large consulting firm
