Health Club Receptionist
As Health Club Receptionist, you will provide efficient and courteous services to guests and members at all times and have thorough knowledge and details of all the health club and its offerings.

What you will be doing:
- Welcomes and assists guests' according to the brand standards
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
- Demonstrates a commitment to provide warm, anticipative service to exceed the needs and expectations of our discerning guest
- Maintains thorough knowledge of all fitness services, protocols and procedures

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- Must be computer literate
- Must possess outstanding guest services skills, professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Flexible in terms of working hours, and able to work with little or no supervision
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
