Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Within the mission, vision and values of HMC, the Supervisor oversees and mentors a group of first line service delivery staff. Monitors the teams work activities to ensure defined process flows and procedures are being followed in order to achieve the delivery of an optimum service.

Acts as the main point of contact and liaison between the teams and the Section Head or the Department’s Senior Management.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the end-users.
- Resolve issues according to the priority and within the agreed SLA.
- Escalate issues to higher-level both technical and management.
- Provide sufficient technical informations to the Level-2 and Level-3 support for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Coordinate with the technical team and end-user for root cause analysis of persistent issues.
- Liase with the vendors and escalate to the management on the SLA breaches.
- Maintain and follow the agreed support process and procedures.
- Provide reports to the higher management on the daily activities.

Key Commissioning Tasks:
- Complete the daily task list allocated by the ICT Specialist (AV)
- Provide any technical support required to the vendors of the AV equipment.
- Liaise with the Network team to ensure network connections are made in a timely manner for any of the related devices.
- Work closely with the Engineering Department as they will support the systems after warranty.
- Maintain all relevant documentation.
- Provide 1st level technical telephone support to all work streams and users.
- Provide sufficient technical information to the Level -2 and Level-3 support for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Provide basic user training for these systems.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related disciplines required.
- 5 years’ experience in the IT industry is required.General AV background. 5 years of experience in planning, preparing, and procuring Audio Visual, TV System, Video conference, Meeting rooms and CCTV. Exposure in health care domain is an advantage.
