Home Delivery Customer Service Assistant - IKEA - Doha, Qatar

As part of the customer service team you are responsible for assisting customers within the home delivery section in professional manner. You will ensure receipt of cash, cheques etc., from all showroom transactions are properly completed and recorded.

All home delivery bookings will be processed by you with the highest accuracy and all articles are to be labelled and stored in the designated holding area. You will also handle routine customer complaints promptly and courteously, briefing the Duty Manager on complaints that require management assistance.

Requirements

Ideally you will have 2 years experience within a customer service environment and be educated to a High School level.

You should be customer focused and enjoy working as a team.
