Job description / Role
• The HR Administration Assistant takes a key role in facilitating the operations of the HR Department by providing administrative support to the HR Director and the overall HR team
• Updating and maintaining employee files
• Updating and maintaining HR related spreadsheets
Requirements
• Updating and maintaining employee files
• Updating and maintaining HR related spreadsheets
• Basic translation
• Producing Arabic and English employee letters using standard letter templates
• Arranging meetings and diary management for the HR Director
