Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The job holder will assist with in the HR Administration work activities to ensure efficient SC HR Service Delivery, maintaining compliance with regulations set by the state government.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of HR Administration in operating SC HR Service Delivery
- Support the system administration related to employees, including, but not limited to entering employee data (i.e. employee and bank account details, leave requests, air fares) into the HR ERP system and data maintenance
- Ensure accuracy of information when inputting employee data into the HR ERP System
- Support a timely probation evaluation process for all new employees by coordinating with the concerned department head
- Assist in personnel information changes including employees' transfers, promotions, and change of employment status to ensure compliance with HR policies
- Drafting of letters related to Human Resources e.g. loan request letter, credit card letter
- Support the maintenance SC employee records and manage personnel files and other employee information
- Advise SC employee of the AXA health insurance process including the delivery of cheque and maintaining a record
- Support the section ensure that all leaving employee has completed all processes related to end of service
- Support the section ensure HR Self Service is capable of facilitating transactional HR activities
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor directly related or relevant to the job
- Ensure the assigned responsibilities are delivered:
- to a high standard of quality and timeliness
- in full compliance with the SC Quality Policy and the Safety and Security rules and requirements
- in line with any standards and objectives designated in the Employee Performance Management system

Requirements

- University degree in Business Administration, preferably with HR background
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR
- Good knowledge of relevant HR laws in Qatar
- Experience in ERP systems will be an advantage
- Prior experience in Qatar government institution is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Bilingual is an advantage
- Good organisation skills
- Flexibility and a related ability to work autonomously
- Maintaining confidentiality in all HR data
- A positive attitude, patience and persistence, especially when dealing with various internal and external customers
