Job description / Role
HR Administrator- Flight Catering - Qatar Aircraft Catering Company - Doha
You will assist the HR team in all matters relating to terms of employment, contract renewals, change of terms and conditions of all permanent and contractual staff, while taking direct responsibility for all HR activities pertaining to Supervisory grades and above, to ensure that HR services are dispensed with in a speedy and effective manner.
You have to assist HR Supervisor for Investigation/Disciplinary/and Reports. Respond and communicate with Flight Catering departments for Admin Support. Carry out activities related to welfare of the staff, maintain and organise staff personal files, uniforms and records related to that.
Requirements
You should be Graduate with minimum 2 years of job-related experience, exposure to HR system/softwares will be an advantage.
You must be computer literate with excellent command on MS-Office applications, knowledge of Qatar labour laws will have an advantage.
