Employment: Full Time

As a Human Resources Professional you will assist in managing all administrative aspects of local office Human Resource functions, and support the firm's people strategy. The HR Professional works closely with Senior HR Associate, providing administrative support at all stages of the employee lifecycle.
The HR Associate will report to the HR Manager, and support the HR department in the day to day handling of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate employee records both manually and electronically
- Issue standard letters and correspondence
- Issue statistical reports as required by the HR Manager
- Understand and follow company policies and procedures
- Ensure confidential handling of all employee data
- Working closely with the Graduate Recruitment Manager to ensure all Graduates Positions for the fiscal year are filled in timely manner
- Posting the requisitions on Taleo; prescreening the candidates; sending them the appropriate tests; shortlisting the most successful candidates; arranging and conducting the Graduates recruitment day
- Issuing offers to the candidates; ensure smooth onboarding process
- Being the point of contact for the fresh hired Graduates and guiding them through the learning and development process
- Attending career fairs and promoting EY
- Internships
- Arranging company events such as Sohour dinner; Year-end Party; Family fun day etc.
- Newsletter
- Conducting HR induction

Requirements

- Experience in delivering HR administrative services, ideally within a large multinational
- Experience working in a team
- Have intermediate knowledge and skills of HR and the firm's policies and procedures
- Respond to standard employee requests
- Identify and solve a range of problems in straightforward situations Recruitment experience (preferable graduate recruitment)
- Experience using Taleo or similar recruitment management system
- Strong organizational, people management and project management skills
- Well-developed communication and influencing skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- The ability to thrive within a fast-paced, professional services environment
- A bachelor degree
- Be exceptionally customer service focused, including attention to producing high-quality results and solution orientated
- Self-motivated
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to accommodate different personalities and professional work styles as well as changing work environments/priorities
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Willingness and ability to travel, if required

Additional skills requirements
- Degree qualified with three years of a relevant experience
- Takes complete responsibility for areas under their control
- Ability to prioritize own deadlines and deliver tasks
- Experience using HR systems such as Peoplesoft or similar
- Strong organizational skills
- Well-developed communication skills
