Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Operational
* Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build company capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes.
* Support line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements.
* Equip the client group with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage.
* Maintains leading-edge knowledge of HR issues.
* Advises senior management on addressing employees' concerns.
* Effectively applies performance management to create a high-performance culture.
* Understands, communicates, and applies reward strategy.
* Applies employee relations and employment practices in order to create a positive, ethical, effective work environment.

Strategy & Leadership
* Provide clear leadership by demonstrating understanding of business trends and needs.
* Lead continuous improvement and consistency in HR processes and practices.
* Work with the HR Management team to develop HR strategies for the business and internal client group.
* Provide mentoring and coaching for other HR team members and Managers.
* Ensure leadership and a coaching culture is fostered and developed through the organization.
* Facilitate initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the business strategy and leadership agenda.

Management
* Drive people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that employees' level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards.
* Manage specific HR related projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
* Develop and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of

HR services and processes.
* Implement HR policies and reward strategy to ensure that all reward decisions are fair and objective.
* Implement appropriate learning interventions and manage ongoing delivery.

Relationship
* Develop effective working relationships with the client group positioning Human Resources as an integral part of the business.
* Proactively gain client feedback to help the Human Resources function to improve service levels.
* Provide expert advice and coaching to the senior management team and employees.
* Understand the senior management team and employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns.
* Maintain close contact with members of the Business Support team and the HR department to work in synchronization with the other business units.

Innovation
* Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve the HR policies and initiatives and enhance overall business performance.
* Identify and drive the communication and sharing of learning across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.

Development
* Train and develop other employees, with a particular focus on Qatar nationals, for proper succession planning and risk management.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, professional , organised with a collaborative and participative leadership style.
